Sustainability and Ethics at AlphaESS
Because we find it very important that our customers are satisfied with their home battery and the accompanying service, we contact them after the installation.
Those who complete our satisfaction survey will receive the AlphaESS Ambassador Box from us. The box is filled with nice presents, such as honey from our own bees. In addition, for each AlphaESS battery system, a climate tree is planted to compensate for the CO2 emissions resulting from the transport of our systems.
